OUTREACH TO CHURCH MEMBERS AND LOCAL COMMUNITY

In this busy, hectic world it is easy to not notice the needs of our friends, family and neighbours. Illness, demands of the modern world all add to our stresses and loneliness at any age.  At St Thomas’s we will arrange to visit you or your loved ones at home or in a local Nursing Home, to listen, comfort and where possible give practical guidance or suggest where further help may be available.

If you would like yourself, a friend or family member added to our weekly prayer list due to illness or bereavement that can also be arranged.
