You would be welcome at any of our services and events for Holy Week and Easter, which are as follows:
24th MARCH - PALM SUNDAY
Our 10.30am Parish Eucharist will include space to reflect onthe story of Holy Week from Jesus’ seemingly triumphant entry into Jerusalem , to his death on the cross.
Film Night - 6pm in the Parish Room - We will be watching part of the 1977 series Jesus of Nazareth, watching the dramatic portrayal of Jesus betrayal, his crucifixion and resurrection.
25th MARCH - MONDAY OF HOLY WEEK
8 pm Reflections and Compline
26th MARCH - TUESDAY OF HOLY WEEK
8 pm Reflections and Compline
27th MARCH - WEDNESDAY OF HOLY WEEK
8 pm Reflections and Compline
28th MARCH - MAUNDY THURSDAY
The Easter Garden
7 pm A Eucharist. At this service we commemorate the last supper that Jesus ate with his friends before his crucifixion. The service concludes with a time of quiet and meditation between 8 and 9pm.
29th MARCH - GOOD FRIDAY
10.30 am Good Friday All-Age/Family Service. During this service we tell the story of Holy Week through story, symbolism and activity suitable for the whole family. After the service we enjoy Hot Cross buns and the children can help make the Easter Garden.
2 pm Service of Prayer at the Cross - a quiet prayerful service, following the last hours of Christ’s life in Bible Readings, hymns and meditations.

6 am Easter Dawn Service with Vigil readings in church
8 am Easter Day said Eucharist
10.30 am Easter Day Festival Eucharist with Choir and Organ, with flowers in abundance and Easter Eggs.
